Cracking Open The Poetic Voice: a Workshop with Paul Corman-Roberts

Join us January 28th at 7 p.m. for a Narrative Journey that Will Help Fiction and Non-fiction Writers Alike

Find Your Poetic Voice with Paul Corman-Roberts

This 2+ hour workshop led by Paul Corman-Roberts is a series of close narrative readings and generative exercises designed to help not just poets but also prose and fiction writers the opportunity to expand the voices within their own imaginations. Find your authentic voice without appropriating or using language that sounds forced. A series of narrative based works, ascending in difficulty from stripped down, minimalistic poetry to the complexities of language poetry will help scene writers of all genres break through voice blockage in their process. At the end of this workshop writers will have at least three different “flash” starts or WIPs that can serve to augment current projects or start new ones.

"Work in any discipline or genre benefits greatly when writers can more skillfully hone to the emotional core." — Paul Corman-Roberts
