Making CWC Work For You
The Berkeley Branch of the California Writers Club (CWC) welcomes new members and invites you to attend a new member orientation, with the more accurate title of “Making CWC work for you”. We are interested in hearing about your writing and how CWC can support your work.
The plan is to hear from you and then provide an overview of all the resources available to you as a member – the different critique groups, the Sunday meetings and speaker program, the workshops, the marketing sub-committee and our contests. We have opportunities for socializing at the Sunday meetings, writers talking to writers events, the holiday luncheon and the summer picnic.
We will explain our relationship to CWC’s Central board and to NorCal, an association of the 10 branches in Northern California. CWC Berkeley was the first branch; there are now 18.
